The Central Ohio Employee Services & Recreation Association is a Mid-West Chapter of the Employee Services Management Association. COESRA is a non-profit, volunteer, business association with a yearly membership of over 200 member companies, representing up to 300,000 employees in Central Ohio. Our membership includes some of the largest employers in the United States. We offer educational and networking benefits for human resources employees, and local & national discount programs for all employees of member companies. All at a very reasonable, low cost yearly membership fee to each member company.
We have membership opportunities for most businesses, organizations, and individuals.
General Membership Application(see application instructions above) Renewal Applications for current COESRA General Member companies will come directly from ESM. It will be sent by e-mail to the address on the current roster.
This membership is available to companies / organizations that wish to offer an inexpensive local & national discount/ benefit program to their employees. General membership is open to all types of organizations. This membership is NOT for VENDORS (See the next membership category.) This includes membership in ESM National and the Central Ohio Employee Services & Recreation Association Chapter. Membership includes one representative for ESM / COESRA and a second representative for COESRA only. This membership includes the discount of both the ESM national program AND the local COESRA program, for all member company employees.
Vendor Membership Application (see application instructions above)
Membership is available to companies, trade associations,and other business organizations, and enterprises willing to offer specific discounted products and/or services to the Central Ohio Employee Services & Recreation Association (COESRA) membership only!
This includes membership in the Central Ohio Employee Services & Recreation Association Chapter only. Membership includes two representatives for COESRA only. This membership includes the discount of the local COESRA program only, for all member company employees.
Dual Membership (see application instructions above)
Membership is available to companies that want both General (COESRA & ESM) and Vendor (COESRA) memberships. IMPORTANT - Products and Services can be marketed to individuals/companies of the Central Ohio Employee Services & Recreation Association (COESRA) membership only!
This Includes membership in ESM National and the Central Ohio Employee Services & Recreation Association Chapter. The COESRA Vendor membership fee is reduced for also being a National ESM / COESRA General member. Membership includes one representative for ESM / COESRA and a second representative for COESRA only. This membership includes the discount of both the ESM national program AND the local COESRA program for all member company employees.
National Vendor's Local Membership Application (see application instructions above)
This membership is for any ESM Vendor member who has paid fees to become a member of ESM National and wants to join COESRA locally.
COESRA Vendor application and fees must be submitted. This membership includes the discount of the local COESRA program, for all member company employees.
Membership for charitable organizations that want the Central Ohio Employee Services & Recreation Association (COESRA) Chapter membership only. This membership does not include the benefits of an ESM membership.
This membership is available only to charities (Organizations that receive most of their operating funds from donated sources.), and/or COESRA Board approved non-profit organizations. Membership includes two representatives for COESRA only. The organization has no COESRA voting rights. This membership includes the discount of the local COESRA program only, for all member company/organization employees ONLY.
Individual Membership Application (see application instructions above)
Membership is available to individuals that wish to have access to the COESRA Discount Program that do not have it available through the company where they are employeed.
This membership is only for the Central Ohio Employee Services & Recreation Association (COESRA). It does not include the benefits of the national ESM membership. Membership provides for a single COESRA card with all of the discount and service privileges of a COESRA card. This membership includes the discount of the local COESRA program only. There are no representative privileges. Individual memberships have no COESRA voting rights.
