The proposed COESRA Code of Regulations has been approved by the membership.
The Board of Directors has completely rewritten the constitution of the organization. It has been many years since COESRA's Constitution was revised. It was very outdated. This project has been a major undertaking. It was spearheaded by our very capable, Secretary, Rea Jean Hix, of Grange Insurance. She had an immense amount of assistance from, Sue Ridolfo, from Grange Insurance, Amy Raines, from Nationwide Insurance, and Vicki Maleski, also from Nationwide Insurance. They met for many months to hammer out a workable proposal to put before the entire Board. We could not have done this without their tireless efforts. After that time, the Board met several times to work through the specific wording to come up with a new Code of Regulations that should be very workable for many years to come. Please read over the new document. You will find many changes.

2008 Employee Services Management Association's Audio Conference
We are excited to offer all Chapter members the opportunity to take advantage of ESM
Association's Audio Conference Series. The first Audio Conference for 2008 is
scheduled for Wednesday, February 20---so save the date.
In an
effort to reach out to potential members in our area, attached is a flyer to
share with all current and prospective Chapter members about the upcoming ESM Audio
Conference.
The event is free for members and $50 for nonmembers. This is
a great deal, considering most Audio Conferences are well over $150.
