The proposed COESRA Code of Regulations has been revised and is waiting on membership approval.
The Board of Directors has completely rewritten the Code of Regulations of the organization. It has been a few years since COESRA's Code of Regulations was
revised. It was a little outdated and cumbersome to work with. This
project has again been a major undertaking. The Board met many times
to work through the specific wording to come up with a new set of Bylaws.
After verifying the document with our attorney, we would like all
member company representatives to read over the new document.
