Purpose & Goals
The Central Ohio Employee Services & Recreation Association is a Mid-West Chapter of the Employee Services Management Association. COESRA is a non-profit, volunteer, business association with a yearly membership of over 200 member companies, representing up to 300,000 employees in Central Ohio. Our membership includes some of the largest employers in the United States. We offer educational and networking benefits for human resources employees, and local & national discount programs for all employees of member companies. All at a very reasonable, low cost yearly membership fee to each member company.
We have membership opportunities for all businesses, organizations, and individuals.
The Central Ohio Employee Services & Recreation Association is dedicated to promoting employee programs that foster good relations among employees and between employees and management. COESRA is commited to assisting member organizations in developing, promoting, and improving such programming as employer-sponsored, and non-negotiated benefits, available to all employees within the member companies.
COESRA works to gather and disseminate information concerning the various phases of employee services to all the membership.
COESRA is dedicated to the principle that employee services, recreation and fitness programs are essential to effective personnel management, and to work with other recreation organizations in the nation, state and community as the Board of Directors and membership see fit.
COESRA works to promote and provide opportunities for the membership to learn about discount programs offered by vendors from the community.
The COESRA Board of Directors is dedicated to stimulate close cooperation and coordination between the employee services personnel in companies within the community, throughout the state, and nation.
COESRA works with committees, agencies and government in establishing and enhancing employee services for the COESRA company membership, employees, and their families.
